Harmonie

A supple, expressive and crisp wine, combining

Body and Spirit.

Assemblage

Two thirds of Chardonnay from the famous Côtes des Blancs and one third of Pinot Noir, mainly from the Grande Montagne de Reims: A traditional assemblage from the main Champagne grapes all from Premier Cru vineyards. A perfect Harmonie between Body and Spirit.

Tasting Note

Bright gold. Fine and vibrant bubbles. The Chardonnay brings white flowers notes while the Pinot Noir shows wonderful aromas of fresh fruits. Crisp edges with a great freshness and fruitiness. The Pinot Noir offers richness and a delicate finale.

Food Pairing

Ideal in aperitif, the cuvée Harmonie will stand out with a cuisine close to the sea: sea food and fish with sauce will be sublimed. This bright gold wine with its white flowers notes and fresh fruits will pair fantastically with the finest Asian cuisine.

Christian's advice

At 5 pm, it is a good substitute for tea, especially in summer, seated on a shady terrace.

To be refreshed in an ice bucket for a quarter of an hour minimum in order to drink it between 8 and 10 ° C.

Concours des Vins Elle a Table Silver Medal Naveau meilleur champagne best

"La robe or se pare de reflets jaune pâle. Le nez est un bouquet de fleurs d'été épanouies et s'étoffe de notes de miel d'acacia et de beurre fermier frais. En bouche, les raisins issus des terroirs classés en premier cru offrent une matière d'une densité surprenante, imposante, très énergique. La finale persiste sur une note minérale, presque saline. Un champagne doté d'une vraie personnalité. Accord mets et vin : une sélection de beaux fromages affinés, comté, cantal, salers, abondance, appenzeller."

Pink Salmon. Hints of strawberry and raspberry on the nose. Incredible freshness and fine mousse. The mouth is rich in persistent red fruits aromas.

Food Pairing

The cuvée Mélodie is the promise of a successful aperitif or cocktail.
The fine mousse of this Rosé of Heart will be a grandiose wine pairing with your red fruits desserts.

One of our star-products that will charm men and women equally. Sublime with a strawberry charlotte... or with a blackberry tart... homemade, of course.

To be consumed between 7 and 9° C.

Symphonie

A Champagne of Spirit, without any doubt.

Assemblage

Made in the strict Champagne tradition of wines called "Blanc de Blancs", the cuvée Symphonie is made entirely from Chardonnay from the terroirs of the famous Côte des Blancs.

Tasting Note

Pale gold with light green glints. Flatters the nose with its aromas of white flowers. Very fresh, brilliant fruit typical from Chardonnay with a touch of lime and hawthorn.

Food Pairing

Star of the aperitif, the cuvée Symphonie will also pair fantastically with oysters and shellfish.
Its great freshness suggests to avoid sweet desserts.

Christian's advice

Its finess and lightness make it the ideal companion at the aperitif, after a quarter of an hour in a well-filled ice bucket.
Oysters, with freshly grinded pepper, or with Burgundy snails with their famous garlic butter will be great moments...

To be consumed between 8 and 10 ° C.

Rhapsodie

A Champagne that balances between

the Heart and the Soul.

Assemblage

Made in the strict Champagne tradition of wines called "Blanc de Blancs", the cuvée Rhapsodie is made entirely from Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs.

This is a vintage Champagne with grapes from one harvest only. Not every year makes a vintage, the quality of the grapes must be particularly exceptional to make a vintage Champagne.

Tasting Note

Pale gold. Smokey notes with hints of butter on the nose. Great complexity and vinosity with a fine and elegant approach. Still a very pleasant freshness. One for the true connoisseurs.

Food Pairing

Magnificent at the aperitif or to sublime shellfish, smoked salmon or fish with sauce. Its great complexity and richness will be able to please you on even more elaborated cuisine. Makes a perfect substitute for sweet wines with foie gras. Avoid chocolate when drinking with the dessert.

Christian's advice

Magnificient with pan-seared foie gras, incomparable with truffle dishes (white or black) …
Its great vinosity allows it to be consumed between 10 and 12°C,  it can be refreshed in an ice bucket like all of our cuvées.

Demain

Assemblage

Made from 4 of the most prestigious Grands Crus (Cramant, Avize, Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger), this cuvée is made from 100% Chardonnay.

Tasting Note

Pale gold colour. Elegant and mineral nose with butter, saline and roasted nut notes. Delicate and complex on the palate with aromas of lime, sweet lemon, smoke and minerality. A beautiful tension balanced by a brilliant freshness. The finish is long and complex. A Grand Vin de Champagne!

Food Pairing

Ideal with a seafood platter, Demain is a wine that will perfectly compliment oysters and shellfish.

Christian's advice

This cuvée represents all our commitments to sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture, such as the total removal of insecticides from our vines for more than 12 years, ploughing in our young plots to promote rich and lively soils and grassing in our older plots to preserve local fauna and flora and reduce soil erosion.
