Assemblage 
The cuvée Mélodie is an assemblage of Chardonnay from the famous Côtes des Blancs and Pinot Noir from the Grande Montagne de Reims, all from Premier Cru vineyards. The Pinot Noir gives it a unique pink salmon colour.
 
Tasting Note 
Pink Salmon. Hints of strawberry and raspberry on the nose. Incredible freshness and fine mousse. The mouth is rich in persistent red fruits aromas.

The cuvée Mélodie is the promise of a successful aperitif or cocktail.  The fine mousse of this Rosé of Heart will be a grandiose wine pairing with your red fruits desserts.
