Assemblage
Made in the strict Champagne tradition of wines called "Blanc de Blancs", the cuvée Symphonie is made entirely from Chardonnay from the terroirs of the famous Côte des Blancs. 
 
Tasting Note
Pale gold with light green glints. Flatters the nose with its aromas of white flowers. Very fresh, brilliant fruit typical from Chardonnay with a touch of lime and hawthorn. 
 
Food Pairing
Star of the aperitif, the cuvée Symphonie will also pair fantastically with oysters and shellfish.  Its great freshness suggests to avoid sweet desserts.
